The food safaris start at 10.00 am you will be driven to visit three or four small-scale, local food/drink producers where you'll get a special 'behind the scenes' look at the operations, meet the people and sample the produce. The days include morning and afternoon refreshments as well as a proper lunch with local wine/beer/cider/perry/fruit juices and a goodie-foodie-bag to take home.

The starting point is normally from my home, Lower Buckton, near Leintwardine SY7 0JU. However special arrangements can be made to pick up from other meeting points.

The safaris will take you through stunning country in the Welsh Marches - down hidden highways to out of the way villages and hamlets, rural communities off the beaten track with fabulous food and drink............ you sit back and enjoy a completely relaxing journey to discover tastes from yesteryear.............

You'll be escorted for the whole day and delivered back to your starting point in the late afternoon.

Why not combine two days with a Food Safari followed by a Cookery Course using all the wonderful food and drink sampled? Lower Buckton sleeps six - do enquire for more details.
